Each mounting bracket gets aligned and torqued properly before a panel goes anywhere near it - get this wrong and you're looking at panel movement, water getting in, or a roof that doesn't hold up long-term.

Found this on a job today - the earth stake was gone. Completely missing.
Earth continuity gets checked after any electrical work for exactly this reason: a wire with nothing to earth into isn’t doing its job, and you’d never know just by looking at your switchboard.
If you ever notice damage near an earth stake outside your home - corrosion, a snapped wire, or like this one, nothing there at all - that’s worth a call to a sparky, not a guess.
